Ann’s journey to becoming a transformation expert began with a major misconception. As a developer, she once believed that climbing the management ladder was the key to driving real change within an organization. But after moving up the ranks, she encountered a far bigger obstacle: resistance to change.
Ann quickly realized that no title or position alone could overcome this resistance. What was missing wasn’t leadership authority — it was the right strategy to address the human side of transformation. This pivotal realization changed everything for Ann and shaped the foundation of PH Consulting.
She turned her focus toward understanding how to predict, manage, and turn resistance into progress. By diving into the complexities of human behavior and organizational culture, she developed strategies to align teams, reduce resistance, and create lasting transformation.
