Participants will gain advanced AIM skills and knowledge, which can be applied to improve the likelihood of project success. Accreditation is also a pre-requisite for AIM Instructor Certification. This training will specifically explain how AIM works in SAFe®.
AIM Sponsorship For SAFe®
This interactive program creates an in-depth understanding of what it takes to be an effective Business Owner/Epic Owner as a sponsor. Participants review the behaviors that effective sponsors need to express, model, and reinforce to achieve successful implementations. The program focuses on the direct link between durable sponsorship and implementation results.
AIM ChangePro for SAFe® Teams
Designed to create employee readiness, this workshop helps employees manage the human components of change in SAFe® . Participants will reflect on personal change styles, experience the emotional roller coaster of transitions, confront endings and losses, and create action plans to navigate change more effectively.
AIM Overview For Scaled Agile Framework®
This program provides a more in-depth introduction to AIM, focusing on applying its repeatable process to current and future implementations. Participants will gain strategies for building sponsorship, managing resistance, and developing communication and motivation plans. Participants are expected to bring a project to the session for hands-on application in SAFe® .
AIM For SAFe® Scrum Master
Learn to combine SAFe® practices with AIM change management tools to manage resistance, align teams, and drive lasting Agile success working with the Team and ART leaders.
